What is DCMX?
DCMX is a matrix type cold work tool steel. Only fine carbides are distributed in matrix due to optimum alloy design and production process.

Why DCMX?
- M2 -DCMX has similar wear and 2.5X the toughness and Fatigue strength
- A2 – DCMX has better wear resistance, toughness and 2X the Fatigue strength
- D2 – DCMX has 3X the toughness, 4X the Fatigue strength and a little less wear resistance
- S7 – DCMX has 2X better wear resistance, 2X the Fatigue strength, and a little less toughness
